Biodiversity conservation, genetics, ecology, animal behaviour, and wildlife nutrition. Conducted laboratory analyses for the Clethrionomys biogeography project on Mongolia’s small mammal wildlife under the guidance of Prof. Elena Bužan.
Maria Luiza is an animal scientist graduated from the State University of São Paulo (Unesp) in Brazil, currently pursuing a Master’s in Wildlife Management at the University of Sassari (Uniss) in Italy. The Clethrionomys project was carried out in collaboration with the University of Primorska, University of Wyoming, University of Insubria, and University of Sassari.
